Richard Amos

Richard Amos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at Carleton University. His research program applies field and modelling techniques to understanding the effects of coupled physical and biogeochemical processes on the fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface. His research has included field investigation of gas transport in waste rock and natural attenuation of petroleum hydrocarbons, and extensive modelling studies of in-situ remediation systems and stable isotope fractionation in remediation systems.
